Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Please note for Royal Mail Recorded delivery this service usually takes 1 - 3 working days but can take up to 15 days on goods up to 1KG , we cannot proccess any claims until after the 15 days have expired.

For a quicker Royal Mail service we use Special Delivery next day but only on goods under 1KG in weight, Monday to Thursdays only. 

Courier services we use for the UK Mainland only are usually next day services, other UK areas can take 3-4 working days.

International postal services are signed for and can take up to 25 days to be delivered,we cannot claim for any lost items until this time has expired.

If you require a quicker International service then you should choose our DHL  Couier service. Depending on your location either Europe or Rest of the World is between 2 - 10 working  days .
