We try really hard to make sure that all our customers receive the items that they want, promptly and in the best of condition. Unfortunately this isn’t always in our control, and mistakes and breakages do happen. As proof of postage cannot be regarded as proof of delivery, therefore we would suggest that you use recorded delivery, registered post or a courier to send items back. Whilst at all times, we try to assure you of the best possible service, however in accepting this, your statutory rights are not affected or limited in any way.
